The chart is breaking out of a Triangle With Huge volume. It is also testing the Resistance line where it failed multiple times. It might be a buy > 0.00069

I think it was more of a PnD. A whale apparently planned to pump the market ahead of this event.

, Possible but I like the project too as an investment! But i agree with you it has been struggling since the Fall.
