Recently I saw material about neblio project and it seemed pretty much dead - team and community remain silent for months.
This does not have to mean project will not move up. As we seen many times. In the bull run iy is not about the value of the project but rather coin price and marketing.

@schizaar, right. lets see. it's certainly not a bad idea to buy a few coins and just wait. in the worst case, they are lost, but if you only buy a few, that's not really a problem. :-)
