It didn't break 0.718, and Eurusd didn't fall much

My opinion (to enter Long):
1.) price should cross above local high (4), make a pullback with higher low (L) &
2.) AND momentum indicator on Daily should have positive slope (currently this is not visible)
3.) enter Long on (L)
