there is a great platform, you can manage different exchanges simultaniusly (binanace / bittrex etc). you can set yourself signals (set buy value + targets (sell x% at y value) + stop loss at the same time, just set and forget. there is also an option for more advance features (such as following stop loss - sell when price go x% bellow max value, and more). really reliable people, good platform, and just great in general! its called cryptogram: cryptogram.co.il/ enjoy
