Hard fork = uncertainty + risk = SELL = lower prices

Effect of Hard fork : a lot of The DAO/ETH will release again for those people been hacked, then for sure they will sell it and it will cause a Breakout for selling. Good time to SHORT sell at 8 and BUY back to that for LONG to 13..
