I'll use Forexfactory.com to see what news events are out, forexlive.com is an excellent source as well. For the news events it depends on whats going on, but I rarely trade AUD & NZD news since there's so low liquidity in the markets when they are released. In general, I tend to be alert to FOMC, ECB, Interest rate decisions and Non Farm. Those are ones that I will play the sideline and observe before continuing to trade

Akil what rule do you follow to identfy C? For me it had to be at least .618 of AB.
