This is not the question. We are in a sidewards range to continue. Rate could form a baerish Bat after reaching point D. And as we are in a sidewards range we should go long first. But not yet. It takes some buy signal first.

The rate exceedet point A of the Bat. So the pattern will not complete anymore.
So I'd suggest to close all possible long positions and take profit though after the spike up more upside potential is possible.
But I prefer to do a new study to see how far GBP will run.
