The last 10 times out of 11 that IWM didnt have a new ATH for 250 days and then made one---> IWM was higher on avg by 17% 12 months later.

Above this level here we need to be fully long.

Tell me why Im wrong

Agreed, been adding TNA around $61-63. I think a new ATH is most logical move here
