@VOC-Handelaar, it'll be $90+ once they deleverage and sell their second tier US assets. there's a lot of fear around commercial real estate in the US putting pressure on unibail's book value and LTV, but it's mostly for office not shopping centers. this is a buying opportunity right now.

@NostraMitchus, not yet. i bought some at $45. hope it'll pullback to $42 so i can add more. i think this stock has immense potential once their LTV gets resolved, it's hilariously CHEAP, 5x FFO with premium european shopping centers.
