XLM looks bullish. it has still 2-3 days to go. You can see a little tax-payment from the exchanges. I think 1 tax-pay to go. The best you can do is go in 27 april(end of the day) or before with 3-4 red candles. i am not afraid to buy already(33%), 3900 is good price. 3500 will be perfect.

Guys, thanks for the thrust. It's going well, but be aware, only one day to go. If the exchanges are cash bitcoins it can be drop XLM to 3500. If the exchanges are ready then XLM can be fly to 5500.
