We have plenty of support the this level $1.3-1.5 at the moment. We are currently oversold which is a good sign. Which means that we will continue at this current price range.
For how long? That's the question. So, I would say hold for now and continue to monitor the XRP.

Update: We have a trigger in a 1-hour chart. At the moment, more people are buying than selling. That is a healthy sign but XRP is close to being overbought, which may suggest that this maybe be a slow rise and can be a good entry point. Also this means that we are stuck at the current price range.
