Smooth Moving Average Zones @PuppyTherapy

Bitcoin / US Dollar Perpetual Inverse Swap ContractBitMEX

Beskrivning

This script is basically a showcase of what you can graphically do to a moving average.

You have access to
  • 2 sets of 4 moving averages each of those can use HA Candles as a source ( calculated in the script will not repaint if you are concerned with that )
  • additional smoothing to each set
  • a multitude of moving average types I am too lazy to type out ( please give me a thumbs up for honesty )
  • each moving average has a shade + zone

If you happen to like it and use just a few of those I would suggest you remove smoothing as it eats a lot of performance of making your own script of what you actually use to really bost with the performance. I am fully okay with you copying and sharing this idea. Just remember to share the colors!

PS: I would like to thank pinescripters RicardoSantos / LucF / everget !

@iljaguzik, Hey mate thanks I have to do some code housecleaning before I publish that one :) but will publish it open-source nevertheless
iljaguzik
@puppytherapy, superb.thanks alot. some suggestion, for moving average indi - i guess moving average used in RSI (RMA) missed in the list, it would be nice addition
iljaguzik
@puppytherapy, and of course - MTF choice for both set i.e. - chart, 1,3,5,15,30,1h,2h,3h,4h,6h,12h,1d,2d,3d,1w, it will make a MA indi absolutely cool

@iljaguzik, Hey mate sorry but I will not be adding MTF due to how the security function is unreliable. My goal is really so to showcase nice and also usable indicators. MTF is really nice to have but without arrays introduced into pine, it will not work. Security function at its current state is very unreliable.
