Net New Highs/Lows (With visible code)

Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1NASDAQ

Beskrivning

Basically the same script than Carusolnsights but without hidding the lines of code...
"This indicator displays the net number of stocks on the Nasdaq Composite making 52-week highs or lows. For instance, if there are 60 new 52-week highs and 20 new 52-week lows, the net number will display 40 net new 52 week highs. This indicator is particularty useful in gauging what the breadth is of the Nasdaq.
Three days of net 52-week highs show a healthy market which is conducive to increasing exposure. This condition is highlighted with a green background.
Three days of net 52-week lows show an unhealthy market which is conducive to reducing exposure. This condition is high|lighted with a red background."

Versionsinformation

- Removed a useless part of the code

For Indian market can I use Nse and Bse instead of NYMEX etc... will it work? Any reference manual from where I can modify for Indian market
Fred6724
@the_game_changer_07, Unfortunately no because it uses ticker that is counting number of new highs and new lows that aren't available for other market than nasdaq, NYSE etc
StocksLife4u
can you also make this for indian market
Fred6724
@Bollar123, I don't think that equivalent tickers of HIGN or LOWN are available for Indian Markets. Therefore, unfortunately it is not possible yet to make an equivalent.

Hi, is there any way to adapt this code to reduce the number of weeks that the net high/lows are measured against?
Fred6724
@Lanedog157, Not really because I use a fix ticker (like AAPL, etc) that monitors Net New Highs-Lows on a 52W basis
Lanedog157
@Fred6724, Thanks - I thought this might be the case! I’ve tried searching for tickers that track a shorter timeframe myself but couldn’t find anything out there available for non-institutional traders. Are you aware of anything out there that’s available?
FYI - Thanks for the indicator and posting your work on here, it’s really appreciated.
Fred6724
@Lanedog157, I'm not but using GitHub and request.seed() function could allow you to do nearly everything as long as you can code (or pay a coder)
(I can't do it)
