[UPRIGHT Trading] Trend Direction Force Index (TDFI)

SPDR S&P 500 ETF TRUSTArca

Beskrivning

The Trend Direction Force Index, TDFI or TDF Index, is a staple in the Forex community, but is excellent on most asset (i.e. stock) trading.
Developed by Pyotr Wojdyo for metastock trading platform originally, but now on several other.
The idea of the TDFI is that there is enough trend directional force to enter the trade.

How it works:
When the signal is above the high threshold, the trader can go long.
When the signal is below the low threshold, the trader can go short.
It's usually used as confirmation along with another indicator.

Features:
  • Fully customizable
  • Built-in color changing
  • Alerts!

If you like this, you will definitely like what else I've published.

Enjoy.

Mike

hi @UPRIGHTTrading just an idea, if it could be made multi time frame (MTF). For example if my chart is on 5 minute timeframe, since the TDFI is MTF, I could set it to 3 minute, so the signal could "appear" bit faster. Thanks.

Hey @UPRIGHTTrading Can You Add 30second time frame on (MTF) For scalping. Please😘 I scalping on 1 min.so the signal could appear faster
UPRIGHTTrading
@BlackEye44957, Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure I can do this one, because it's outside of Tradingview's normal functions and not all will have 30secs as a default time (may cause errors, so I'll look at it when I have free time), I can look into it when I have a free sec. You could always just have 2 separate charts up. The MTF will take the chart timeframe.
