I'd like to place orders without having to confirm them every time

You can enable what we like to call Silent Mode. In Silent Mode, orders will be placed as soon as you click the buy/sell buttons in the floating panel or select one of the options in the chart context menu. You can also use the menu when pressing the + sign. Note that Order Ticket will not be opened in this case.
