I cannot pay for the subscription / I am not receiving a successful payment notification in mobile apps

When a payment is made through the mobile apps via Google Play / Apple, the payment is approved within a few seconds. If for some reason the payment has not been completed, several more attempts will be made to process it until either the payment is completed or an error of debiting funds is displayed.

In case the payment is declined, check the balance of the card and whether this payment method can be used for purchases in  Google Play / Apple and try to re-submit the payment, the payment will be taken only once. Please note that according to Google Play and Apple policies payments are not accepted from some countries/regions.
