All of this could also be, and actually I believe it is more probable at this stage, wave 1 of 5. Truncations are not common and should not be the first operative count.
If this is correct, we will see a rally to 22k ish for wave 2 and then plummet lower. Don't be fooled by this rally.
If this is indeed a truncated 5th, we have to break above the origin of the pattern, 25 200k, for confirmation. I will not favour the truncation until is it confirmed.
