BTC - Bullish Case. Too early to call this a bear market?

There is a case for this to still be in a bullish market and the small bull trend that has started - to continue. So we should also see and prepare for that scenario. We have to hit the 11k and 12 within 25 days roughly. We already have a monthly confirmation of a spinning top candle close, which is bullish. Short term on the 30 min chart, we have a small reversal diamond to get us to (?). Which will kick off the bull run in the short term. However for the overall trend to play out as a bullish pennant, would not break out until a year from now in late 2020. Could this align with Global collapse of the stock markets? Could this be an inversely correlated market by September 2020?

I had to add this scenario in light of China being so bullish on blockchain. Which points to there being a currency war and dominance over the US dollar. Bitcoin is a friend and your enemy at the same time.
