I think "Yes", lets look at it more carefully:

We are in symmetrical triangle and came to strong support. I don't think we will break it down today since there was increase of volume at bottom - bullish sign. And it's only 3rd approach, it would be too early.

Today Initial Jobless Claims data will be released, so be ready for unexpected movements, however, BTC also looks bullish to me
