NIFTY has closed on a negative note with nearly 1% cut. It opened with a gap down then at 12:15(5 Min candle) triggered our sell level and gave a move till 16070 then a deep pullback till 16144 then again a fall till our 1st target.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens near 16100 or is tested in the 1st 45 Min. We will sell for the target of 16030, 15980 and 15890. This is safer than trading breakdown below today's low-16030.
For buying need a 5/15 Min candle close above 16160. Target will be 16225-30. Above 16250 target will be 16275 and 16325.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
