If 2019 is 2013, can 2020 be 2014, if so, then we are 309 by FEB

Not much to say here, but it seems like wall street has played out a 2013 fractal in 2019, which i totally missed.

So let's see if 2014 is going to play out now.

Thus, we can have a correction from this mad rally that started in the end of September.

Goal 309.5.
