Buy between red and orange line.. stop loss at.58.
Take profits (scale out at green line or if there is news and volume increase)

10/26 - entire market has been bearish due to FED rate and Trump / China War.
It's in the buy zone but would wait for macd to go back to 0.01 and RSI to turn up. Low floater
Low volume but price has not move up yet.. watch volume next week for an entry.

10/31 - Nice PM pop.. scaled out some at high, move SL .76
If it stays within support area I will add again.
