Dow Jones double top

Looks like a double top forming before the open of the US session. If we see the sell off, then that could be the signal, could wait for the break of the neckline for more confirmation.
Since morning spike was news related, we could see the market correcting back to the lows if US traders do not see the long term impact from it for the markets.
Either way great risk-reward here for a short, but again wait for confirmation.
