UsdCad outlook

After 2 failed attempts to break above 1.37, UsdCad is consolidating in a tight range.
The structure is strongly bullish and I expect 1.37 to give up eventually.
The target for bulls is 1.38 and only a daily close under 1.3550 would delay this scenario
