Bullish bat pattern nearing completion. There is quite a bit on the economic calendar this week including US CPI and BOC rate decision so be careful. Divergence between last 2 lows.

A large impulsive move up could signal a significant trend reversal, but that would be highly dependent on the direction of oil prices, which should become clearer after the OPEC meeting on April 17.
