The Offshore Drilling segment includes a fleet of vessels for deep water, mid-water, high specifications jack-up, and standard jack-up operations. The Energy Carriers is composed of the Onshore Engineering and Construction, Sustainable Infrastructures, and Robotics and Industrialized Solutions activities. The company was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
