Atom has been accumulating in the area below 16th Feb's ATH and has formed a typical Cup that has just been filled. I expect the formation of a complete handle, before setting up for new ATH. But it might go directly up as the previous movement in February.
My targets in the short-medium term, considering $27 as the neck line, are:
1. + 60% up to $43
2. + 80% up to $48.5
