Let's look at the 8K as a mirror.
We have the symmetrical triangle at $3k and the descending triangle at 13K.
We have the move up from 4K and we have the divergence at 7K. In the other side, we have the move down from 11k and we have the divergence at 7K
Then we have the corrections.
Now, we are in the last move. Question is how far down it is going to take us???
Notice that we are stuck at 6.5k and 7k now. Just like we were stuck at 8.5k and 9k (Look at the picture above).
