WOW - BTCUSD - Is this the bottom? WEEKLY CHART

Let me hear what you think about this chart.
- RSI seems to be a little bit higher
- MACD is still horizontal

It looks this is to early to say.. But this looks a little bullish because this is the Weekly chart.
