Bitcoin morning update - need 38k+ here

At an important level right now ~35.5 and BTC.D ~43 and want to see 38k+ on this micro bottom. haven't turned bullish off this low yet, but will try some starter positions if we get over 35.5. go over possibility of a pop through the previous low and a reversal.
