The 12 hour and 8 hour candles are currently in potential 1 to 4 candle countdown mode . They will hit in respectively every 8 and 12 hours for a possible total of 48 hours .

BTC can still climb up as 12 hours is a long time, however the 12 hour will hit again every time its candle closes and trigger another BTC dip .
