BTC MOVE BEFORE GOING UP

btc need to touch bottom red line once before going up wards or else if we break 40k in this scenario then it can be possible but according to me we will see 32-30k once before going up! as we can see bullish falling wedge we may breakout at 40k or else retest of 32-30k! Lets see
