I wasn't really very clear about how I saw the markets as contracted with gold and with oil... so I will do better on A future video. However, it's not difficult to get tied up in a market when it's been trading well and then after A short. Of time the market stops moving Higher and lower and the bars have less amplitude to each bar, and there are quick minor reversals. The market gets a lot more difficult to judge And it's important to recognize when this happens and sometimes you have to exit the market if you're that unclear and there's significant risk of loss. Sometimes you may try to be selective and that's okay as well as long as you judge your performance when trading contracted markets.
