congrats to those who long this index. It closes slightly above the bullish trend line which is moving towards Option 2. Note, there is a resistance coming up at 14218 (pink line) so unless you are prepared to hold long term and not trading , a better and more confirmed buying opportunity may be to let the price action moves and closer above 14218.

One thing I have learnt is there is no NEED to participate in every single trade ! In this case, wait for the price to come to 13371 and then watch the price action.
Short? No, it is too near the potential profit target and also the chance of a rebound before it hit 13371 is there, making a short would be high risk, imo.

One thing about trend line charting is it is based on probability and using historical price actions to plot the future direction. Thus, there will always be a margin of error.
In this case, the price action does not come down to 13,371.50 but rather, rebound at 13,495. So if one remains too rigid and trade on fixed rules rather than market irregularities, then he will missed many a good buy.
If you are not in yet, do not chase the price as it has already went up for 4 consecutive days. Wait for a pullback and based on price action, determine your buy entry at a lower price.
