Dish has been accumulating for the past two months. It looks like it is about to enter its advancing stage so it needs to close above $20.35-21 on the daily chart to see it go to the next resistance of $23. I believe it's up from here but, we'll see. Wait till it closes above $20.35-21

I think this is an overall long term hold. Try to but around $17-18 for long term holds.
