Dow down trend and buy zone predictions

Last time monthly RSI turned down was in 2008 and it took 490 days to turn back up.

Hoping to re-enter the market following the bounce off the 0.618 fib at historic support.

I'll sit in property and global infrastructure to hopefully make gains on any government QE.
