Is there a negative correlation between the USD & BTC ?

As investors flee the perceived safety of the USD to
be free of US Hegemony and look towards the future
of " Sound Money " will they reallocate some capital
to BTC which is gold 2.0 ? Will BTC be seen as a flight
to safety to preserve purchasing power by the many ?
