Is the dollar index close to the inverse range and downtrend?

The dollar is still rising like its counterpart (the euro continues its downward trend) and this is a sign of their solidarity, they even have a similar structure. In my labeling that I have marked waves one and two with purple color, wave 2 has been corrected between 50 and 61.8% and it seems that the sequence of the third wave is likely to be expanded.
