Is it strong signal for big bullish in a week?

Hi, this is my first time publish idea. Comment/feedback is really appreciated and welcomed.

1. Trendline: Going up. Candle will go down for a while to make 3rd valley before breakout.
2. Ichimoku Cloud: Candle starts breaking into the red cloud. Conversion and base line will be crossed in near future.
3. RSI: Around 65% looking good for bullish signal.
4. Volume: High volume.

1st target: upper blue line.
2nd target: upper yellow line.
