The BOC news today, Wednesday January 22, 2020 triggered the EUR/CAD pair to shoot up high. It went from its low level from 1.4555 to close at 1.45287 straight up to 1.45593.
Now it seems to be consolidating after that hasty climb.
Although it managed to surpass the 61.8% fibs, it still seems to be in a downtrend,
