Price level is near invalidation but also possibly topping. The hourly chart shows impulsive Elliott Waves to the downside developing. The 55 EMA has crossed the 200 EMA, a trend change signal, again for the hourly chart.
It's too early to call a top. Note this could unfold as a larger zigzag (5-3-5) to be a corrective wave. If that's the case, it's likely the invalidation line will be crossed and this entire count is invalidated.
