Raising wedge formation during an uptrend

price have been making a raising wedge pattern on the 1H frame since sep 15, but most importantly its momentum is going down(lower highs) on the RSI indicator while the price is making higher highs and the price have touched the upper part of the wedge and gone down and there is an important resistance around 1.2520 and 1.2481 so THE PRICE IS GOING DOWN and is going to break the wedge downward
