ICX broke its downtrend. Meet ít strong réistance at fib 0.236 and boucing at its previous resistance. I would wait until it break the fib 0.236 resistance and place the buy order a that level when it rebounce after break out.

Sadly it didn't bounce back when it hit 0.236 support line as planned and break it support to continued its downtrend. The previous resistance now act as the new support .
