So given NNN had a nice breakout if you look at my previous charts i think this stock is still a deal, the account manager is currently buying shares up as well as owners... makes sense with the housing market up and going to continue to grow... would always look for a pullback but were currently at a breakout level to new highs could be a nice option call here. Also you won't find this stock on Robin Hood so the buying of whole shares is required which is solid imo.
