It is pretty clear from the chart that the price has bounced off the 200 EMA on 4 hr chart several time, and now the price on the line again , u can wait for the price to dip below the this line or buy over here for a long. IOT has been in this accumulation period for a while now, its just a matter of time before it makes its next move. Also looking at the ichimaki cloud we can see that the conversion line has crossed the base line.
