Nasdaq Long possible retest of monthly high - or sell off

Currently the weekly high and low demonstrate a congestion area sideways with a slight upward bias defined by the current signals - green up triangles on the chart on the right -we are above the weekly open of 4023.

Red Horizontal levels 4045, 4052. 4071 plotted above are targets.
Or if we reverse here and breakdown short past 4023 the longer range target Week S2 3934 is in sight.
