Small C&H formation possibly incoming target 1.6%. It's not much, but it may be enough to push us into this next rally for the 13.9%.

I need to rechart this one. It's sideways with a larger wedge shape. NEO and GAS I expect will climb quite well, even while BTC and others fall.
