In Most of the PM's I get one frequent question, how to choose which stock to trade for the day ? And people do trade that in Equity futures / Options of that equity. i) High Liquidity : Your orders will get executed 99% of the time bcos of high liquidity
ii) No Manipulation : There may be rare wicks ( stop hunters ) but not every time
iii) Better Understanding of Markets : Nifty being Bahubali of the market, you can understand market movements better which will be helpful when you do individual equity futures.
