China says no more tit for tat tariffs? How will Mr Trump respond?

Nio Inc. has tentatively broken out of the wedge, do we dare long?
I'm watching still. Break of 20 MA is definitely bullish for me.

Trump reacts to China good will with more tariffs this time on imports of consumer goods from China such as electronics and shoes. China responds with tariffs on US oil.

I think this is pretty short sighted, consumption is the basis of the US economy. Before Trump's tariffs had an indirect effect on consumers, now they will target their pockets. Also many Trump voters depend on Walmart and other low cost distributors of Chinese imports both as customers and employees.

NIO INC dumps to 1.618 retrace from the top and 1.236 retrace from this impulse wave. Just waiting to see where this goes.
