NIO has recently pulled back to the bottom of the channel, if NIO makes a recovery to the take profit zone it offers around a 40 to 50% ROI.
Technicals:
The Macd indicates that it's oversold
The EMA's are in a downtrend
The RSI is oversold
When To Buy:
When the EMA's crossover and break above the trendline.
When To Sell:
I recommend selling at the take profit trendline which offers around a 40 to 50% ROI.
Fundamentals: NIO manufactures and produces electric vehicles. They have a debt/equity of 1.02, sales growth Q/Q of 146.5%, EPS growth Q/Q of 60%, a profit margin of -50% and a short float of 5%. NIO is trading at many multiples of what it's currently worth however the reason for that is because of its tremendous growth. NIO isn't profitable yet and has quite a bit of debt.
Rating: 50/100 the technicals are good and the fundamentals are decent because their valuation is overpriced however they have great growth.
